September 6: Studio opens. First day of classes for full year students
September 9: First night of Dance Alive
September 23: First parent meeting. (Tentative)
October 10: Thanksgiving. Studio closed
October 31: Halloween. Studio closed
December 16: Christmas wind up party. (Tentative)
December 23 - January 8: Winter break. Studio closed

January 9: Studio reopens after Winter break
January 20: Second parent meeting. (Tentative)
January 20: Costume fitting. Please wear bodysuit and tights. (Tentative)
February 16-20: Family Day and teachers' convention. Studio closed
March 18: Showcase at Seton YMCA
March 24-26: Galaxy Dance Festival, Brooks Alberta
March 31 - April 3: Sparkly Dance Festival, Olds Alberta
March 27- April 2: Spring break. Studio closed
April 14: Third parent meeting. (Tentative)
April 16: Dance Alive Auditions for 2023-24. (Tentative)
May 18-20:  Dance for Dreams Charity Competition, Calgary
June 5-10: Recital week (Tentative)
June 16: Wind up party for kids, details TBA.
June 17: Last day of classes.

**** Please note that our spring show and rehearsal season is TBA. Once we have finalized our potential festival shows we will release a rehearsal schedule. This will likely take place in April/May and all rehearsals will be on Friday nights from 6:00-8:30pm *****

June 2-4 – Potential rehearsals and shows. Details TBA
​June 5-10 - Recital week June 16 - Last day of classes.

Important Note:  All dancers must arrive to all shows a minimum of 30 minutes early in their first costume, show make-up and hair in French Braids with ends tucked under.
